NEW YEARS BLOG

A New Year's resolution is a commitment that an individual makes to changing a unhealthy habit, finishing projects or often a lifestyle change that is considered to be positive. These commitments normally go into effect on New Year's Day. Looking back at the material covered in class so far, what commitment are you going to make to improve your overall wellness this coming year? After posting your comment please respond to two of your classmates commitments. Happy New Year!

CHRISTMAS BLOG

Christmas is not only about receiving gifts but is also about giving gifts. Gifts can come in many different ways not just bought in a store. The most meaningful gifts are given from the heart without expecting anything in return. Please comment on the nicest gift you gave someone leading up to Christmas. Please comment on two of your classmates posts.
