  1. When I look back and reflect on the horrible events on 9/11 I can only think about the loss of life that occurred. My prayers and thoughts are with all of those families that lost a father, mother, brother, sister, aunt, uncle and grandparents. The attacks that happened strengthened us as a country. When democracy was being challenged it was that democratic vote that the passengers on flight 93 took when discussing taking control back of their hijacked plane. These individuals demonstrated what a democracy stands for.

  2. When I look back on how many people died on
9/11 I can only imagine how scared they must have been knowing that they were gonna die. It's crazy for people to wake up in the morning and think it's just going to be a regular day, but end up died. It brought a lot of pain on families and friends. I sometimes wonder how life would be like today if the Twin Towers were still standing how are economy would be like. These are my thoughts of 9/11.

  3. When i think of 911 i can only think of how many lives have been lost and all of the suffering of those who lived and now have to suffer the concequences of what had happened. I feel horrible at the thought of all of those pregnant wives who had lost their husbands and now have to raise a child on their own and knowing that those kids now dont have a father by their side to protect them and their family. When 911 had occured i was in 1st grade, i dont remember anything of that day because i was so young and couldnt understand what was going on. All i can do now is pray for those who we effected by that horrible tragedy.

  4. When I think of 9/11, I think of the all out terror the nation went through. When the people traped in the tower jumped from the windows, i feel sick to my stomach. And when I think about the kids or teenagers that where on the planes, a serge of anger goes threw me. And this is the day I will never forget, and I will never forget the experience I went through that day.

  5. When i reflect on 911, i think of screams, cries, and pleads for help. It's really a bad picture. If i feel this way i can only imagine of how people who actually were there felt. It gets me angry and sad at the same time. I also think if kids who were my age that might have been there, or teenagers that were my age back then. I feel bad for all of them but i think i feel especially bad for the people that were on the plaines. They will never be forgotten and may they rest in peace.

  7. 10 years ago, a terrible tragedy happened in the United States. So many people died because of an act of hate. All of the victims came to work not knowing that they were going to die that day. I think that as a country, we worked well together to comfort and protect each other. That's why I think our country is so strong even through horrible times.

  8. The 9/11 attacks were devastating to American history, this is the tenth anniversary of the attacks and a lot has changed since then. Our military has improved and our security for our country. We remembered the people who died and the ones who fought back on flight 93. There were many people who saved people in the Twin Towers; we also honor the firemen, the police and the regular people who risked their lives to help others. I am still troubled that the precautions that we our taking is not enough to stop the threats and make us all feel safe. We will always remember the ones who were the heroes for us. We will remember the families that died and we will learn how to protect ourselves and make the United States a better place to be.

  9. It’s in utter disbelief that today September 11, 2011 marks the tenth year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack. I can only imagine how hard it is for the families who lost their loved ones in this tragedy. I am very appreciative that we had people who were willing to put their lives on the line for others. My prayers go out to all of the ones who survived the attack who and may have an illness till this day. My prayers also go out to all the families who lost their loved in and were not so lucky to have them here today.

  10. In 9/11 there was a terrible accident that happened to the World Trade Center. Two planes crashed into the Twin Towers, and at 10:00 PM 9/11/01 the south tower of the Twin Towers collapsed killing about 600 people. Then 30 minutes later the other tower fell and it covered a one block radius full of ash. I am really sad about what happened on 9/11.

  11. When 9/11 happend i was five years old so i didnt understand what was going on but as i got older I now understand what had happend. That day and how many people and familys were hurt and sad because of the losses in there family. So many people were killed that day i think that this should never happen again so those familys dont have to go through all the suffering again. It is a day that will always be remembered as the day where thousands were killed.

  12. My thought about what happened in 911 was a disaster because these terrorists not only attacked the world trade center but they attacked our spirits. I was let out of school early and when we got home we turned on the TV and watched what happened. I was little at the time and saw the towers go down then after I saw that, because I was little and didn’t see the airplanes I thought King Kong did it. Years later I found out in class that it was al Qaeda that started war on us.

  13. my thought on 9/11 is sadness and anger i feel sad souse of all the drama and death of that day the shock of being under attack but most of all is all the life that was lost to me it was pointless ,pointless loss of life and i feel angry seance people can be so short sided of our way of life that they high jack a plane and kill them selves for there god that not a good reason

  14. When i look back on 9/11 i think about how scared the people who were on those flights might have felt. I always wonder what was going through their heads at the time? How did they feel? I could just imagine how scared they might if been to know that there lives are gonna end, that they are involved in a terrorist attack. It brings great sadness over me to see family's suffer because of this tragedy. But i also wonder how things would be in our country if 9/11 never took place? Would our airport security be as strict? How would our economy be? Those are my thoughts on 9/11.

  16. Two planes crashed into the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001. Lots of people died that day. Some people died by trying to help others like the many firefighters. When I look back and think about what happened back then, I know I'd be scared to think about me in that situation or anyone in my family. The best thing we can do is pray for all those who died and keep them in our memories.

  17. When I think of 9/11, I think of the many families who lost their loved ones. Many innocent lives were taken away, and many people had to suffer. I was only six years old when this tragedy happened. I think that the waterfall and bronze lining that lay where the twin towers were is a great memorial from that day. I also think that its great that all of those that died, names were engraved. There is a commonly said quote, "We will never forget." I will never forget that this tragedy brought out country together.

  19. When I reflect on the topic of 9/11. I think of all the superheroes who steped foward on this dredfull day. The superheroes of course being the fireman. I don't know the exact number of fireman deaths but to say at least one gave there lives is enough. Its hard to imagine goinng into a huge building that's about to colapse and save many lifes. The courage they had is remarkable. That's why I respect firefires so much and always give a friendly wave when one pases by

  20. When I think of 9/11.. I think of plane crashes. From a terrorist act. The innocent people that was on the plane or the twin towers didn't deserve this. They will be missed but not forgotten. A lot of people died that day, and a lot of heroes were made. Approxiimately 30,000,000.
